With its intuitive touch panel, the new control unit is available for all adhesive applicators from our company and offers you numerous advantages – from a practical metering function and pressure control system for precise and uniform application to the USB interface for your software updates.

Pressure control instead of bypass, complete with a dosing meter function
The pressure-controlled systems are equipped with a high-quality pressure sensor – without any bypass – and thus ensure precise and uniform application of the adhesive! The new 7L and 10L class benchtop FlexControl applicators FlexControl GP07 and FlexControl GS10 feature a “dosing meter” function that enables fully automatic pump speed control according to quantity specifications in gr/m² or gr/lfdm.

FlexControl: with a USB interface for software updates and an intuitive touch panel
With the new FlexControl applicators, the state-of-the-art electronics architecture makes it possible to import updates from a USB stick, store recipes, log data and conveniently control the devices remotely via a tablet, PC or smartphone.
The high-contrast colour touch screen ensures intuitive operation. Needless to say, the fully-equipped basic model comes complete with a weekly timer, temperature reduction system, user management and a recipe menu.
