With its intuitive touch panel, the new FlexControl unit is now available for all SM Klebetechnik adhesive applicators. It offers many major advantages such as a practical dosing metering function, pressure control for precise and even application, a USB interface for software updates and many other features.

Pressure control instead of bypass, complete with a dosing metering function
The pressure-controlled systems are equipped with a high-quality pressure sensor – free of any bypass – and thus ensure precise and even application of the adhesive. The new FlexControl applicators feature a “dosing metering” function enabling fully automatic speed control of the pump based on the quantity specified in g/m² or g/lfdm.
FlexControl: with a USB interface for software updates and an intuitive touch panel
With the FlexControl applicators, the state-of-the-art electronics architecture makes it possible to import updates from a USB stick, store recipes, log data and conveniently control the devices remotely via a tablet, PC or smartphone.
he high-contrast colour touch screen ensures intuitive operation. Needless to say, the fully-equipped basic model comes complete with a weekly timer, temperature reduction system, user management and a recipe menu.
