In order to avoid the depletion of the melting tank and
the related risks for the machine, as well as to avoid production
disruptions, the units may be equipped with a level monitoring
system. The level monitoring system consists of three sensors
which are integrated into the wall of the tank as well as
a switching amplifier with a display. The switching amplifier
is attached to the unit’s control cabinet.
