Level control CSV55:
In order to avoid the depletion of the melting tank and the
related risks for the machine, as well as to avoid production
disruptions, the units may be equipped with a level monitoring
system. The level monitoring system consists of one sensor
which is integrated into the wall of the tank as well as a
switching amplifier with a display. The switching amplifier
is attached to the unit’s control cabinet.
Der unterste Sensor dient dazu , den Tankfüllstand auf
eine eingestellte Minimalhöhe zu überwachen. Die
Position der Sensoren, an denen die Füllstandsmeldung
erfolgen soll, wird im Vorfeld vom Betreiber der Anlage festgelegt
und ist bei Auslieferung werksseitig eingebaut. Sie kann nicht
mehr verändert werden. Die Ausgangssignale stehen als
potentialfreie Kontakte zur Verfügung.
Ein optisches (Lampe) und ein akustisches (Hupe) Signal kann
optional angebaut werden.
