Drum unloader with two separate controlled precision gear
pumps to melt and dispense (PUR) hot melt adhesive from 200
litre drums. With continuously variable dosing and pneumatic
lifting and lowering function of the melting plate. Self-optimising,
multi channel regulator with digital display of the nominal
and real value for each heating circuit. With potential-free
connection for the speed indicator operation and melting plate
with non-stick coating. With automatic drum ventilation and
temperature reduction logics as well as a drip protection
tray for a safe change of drums. Optional controlled by SPS S7/200.
