Book binder-device for the exactly applicaton of reactive
PUR-material for spine and hot melt for side application.
Easily mountable in main machines by drawer system. Book detecting
via sensor. The spine and side application delievers excellent
quality with highest pull values and conclusive Layflat-behaviour.
Application speed max. 55m/min. The start and end point of
the adhesive application for the spine gluing is also the
start and end point for the side gluing at the nozzles and
is calculated by the linear path control with millimetre accuracy.
Stepless adjustment via hand wheel with counter. Inclusive
flushing mode.
